Manage Document Sets
The System Administrator is able manage
which documents are available for selection by the operations
staff for each Shipment
and Consolidation Module by using this feature supplied under
the menu item Tools, Select Documents. This
means they can set up just the documents they would normally
use in an Export shipment, for example, while still having the
ability to add any other document should the need arise. |

simplify the adding of a new shipment and its
documents the System Administrator can select which
documents are available for each shipment or consol
type. This prevents the operators from having to view
a list of over a hundred documents for each shipment
when they probably use less than 10 documents for a
shipment. |
