Consolidation Editor
Intuitive
Transport provides a consol editor in each consol
module. The editor is used to add house shipments to a consol.
All shipments added to the shipment modules designated as
Consol House shipments are displayed
in the box on the right (only shipments from the appropriate
module) and can be added to the consol by selecting them and
clicking on the left
arrow button. When you save the consol, data from the
shipments added i.e. the pieces,
weights and dims are totaled and displayed on the bottom of
the Consolidation Editor form.
Clicking on
the Add button will allow you to add a new house shipment
to the system that is not already added. The shipment will be
opened in the same shipment type as the consol type i.e.
Consol Export Air would open a Shipment in Export Air.

The Consol Master Air waybill shipment
data, such as pieces, weights and dimensions, are created from
data from all house shipments and totaled in the Consolidation
editor as shown above.

Manifests are reports that based on the data
pulled from the consolidation documents and the house
shipments added to the consol.

be easily customized to meet the clients needs using the Menu
Item Tools, Manage Reports which has a report writer tool
provided for the Systems Administrator.
