Intuitive Transport

Intuitive Transport, our SQL Enterprise Supply Chain Management Software and Internet Application, is the result of years of research and development based on our prior version of Forwarding and Logistic Management Software. We worked closely with Clients and Freight Forwarding Networks to determine their needs. This in addition to our staff and principals coming from Supply Chain Management positions with over 50 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management it only makes since that with our clients help we were able to develop one of the most powerful and intuitive Supply Chain Management System with Intuitive Transport leading the way in Logistics Management technologies with the development of Intuitive Transport a logistics software.

Each shipment module is integrated to the Quotes and Bookings in the Sales module for easy capture of the data captured during the Sale and Booking. 

All industry documentation is able to be easily completed with the industry documents viewed in document format on your computer monitor. This enables verification prior to printing that the documentation is properly completed which is vital in international transportation. Documentation and their data can be easily transmitted via email using XML between Intuitive clients. 

Export Modules are  AES Certified for easy electronic filing of Shippers Export Declaration (SED)

A consolidation module is provided which includes Air Export Consolidations, Ocean Export Consolidations, Air Import Consolidations, Ocean Import Consolidations and Break Bulk, Domestic Air Freight and Domestic Truck Freight Consolidations. The Consolidations modules are integrated with the Shipment Modules for easy Managements of the shipments and consolidation.   

Sales  

The system provides a International Freight Sales Module which includes Rates for all modes of transport, Quotes integrated with the rates databases and the intermediaries description of charges. 

The Booking module is integrated with the Quotes Module to capture the sales data from the Quote. The shipments module handles Import Air, Import Ocean, Export Air, Export Ocean and Domestic Freight. 

Customization

Administration Tools are provided that make the system the most customizable system available for international and domestic freight forwarding and shipping. 

The licensee can create new types of documents to be used in the system. They have full control over field layout, field types, lookup lists can even be added to the system and then linked to fields in documents for easy selection of controlled data to multiple fields at one time improving shipment processing time and reducing errors while expediting shipments.  No other system allows you to add your own new system fields which can be a text, memo, lookup, checkbox fields. The system even provides two types of lookups one is self targeting while typing with a single column of data displayed and the other is 3 columns of data displayed so that you can have the same company name stored in contacts and be able to select the proper contact while working on a shipment. 

Once a shipment has been completed if desired the shipment can be copied and pasted into a new shipment so that either it is used in a new shipment or it is to create a template for repetitive type shipments reducing the operation input time dramatically as well as serving as a routing guide for the traffic being managed.

Contacts

The Contacts module allows you to manage all of your customers, vendors, carriers, service providers and other contacts. To get started you can import contacts from Microsoft Outlook or using XML.

Reports and Report Writer

A Report writer tools is supplied to manage reports. Since the administrator has the ability to add new system fields they too can be included in reports. This enables Intuitive clients to meet the needs of their clients immediately upon request not have to hope that a software company will modify their system in time to satisfy their cliental.

Accounting Options

Intuitive Information Systems, Inc. is in the process of creating an Intuitive Accounting for International Transportation. The accounting program will include all of the unique requirements of international and domestic forwarding and shipping. In the interim of completing this project we do provide the capability to...

Upon request we can also link to many other accounting packages providing they are a modernized enough software to allow such linking. Prices for this service are available upon specific requests.

Pricing

Intuitive Transport also provides an option of leasing the product for use on our Web Server for remote location connection. This service is based on the number of users with a small setup fee of $2,000.00 and monthly maintenance fee of $50.00 per user which includes 24/7 support no license fee applies. Example 7 Users would cost setup of $2,000.00 monthly fees would be $350.00 for full use with remote connections for employees traveling or branch operations.
