The Rates Management is where you store your costs from the vendors. 

Your profit markups are performed in the Quotes on a per line item or per quote basis, by an specific amount or a percentage depending on your preference.

Using the Rates Management integrated with Quotes allows you to quickly and professionally supply Quotes to your clients while others are shopping their vendors to try and put together a quote.

Bookings are integrated with Quotes, so you can capture the data obtained during the sales process to provide for fast and accurate cargo booking.

More time and money is saved when you add a new shipment, and can capture the Quote and Booking data from the Sales module. This means that Operations has a large percentage of their work already completed at the time of opening a new shipment. .
