Export Air
Intuitive
Transport's Export Air module makes handling your air export
shipments easier. With an Export Air Log that can be searched by
column using the Quick Search feature or by specific fields
using the Search button. It is easy to add and manage shipments.
Export Air shipments
that have been quoted or booked through the sales module can
easily update data from the Quote or Booking.Below
is a thumbnail of the Export Air Log, click the thumbnail to
view in full size.
While all documents in the system can be setup to be
available in export air, the system administrator has full
control to select which documents are able to be selected at the time
of opening a shipment. Below is an example of some of the
documents used in export air for a sample U.S. Export from
Taipei via Los Angeles In Bond to Miami Florida.

Invoice
Intuitive Transport allows for up to 4 parties be
invoiced out of the same shipment file. Billing Invoice
data can be exported to QuickBooks or Peachtree.

form to be used for airfreight shipments.
