Import Air
Intuitive
Transport's Import Air module makes handling your air import
shipments easy, with an Import Air Log that can be searched by any log
column, It is easy to add and manage shipments. Import Air shipments
that have been quoted or booked through the sales module can
save time by updating data from the Quote or Booking module.Below
is a thumbnail of the Import Air Log, click the thumbnail to
view in full size.
While all documents in the system can be setup to be
available in import air the system administrator has full
control of what documents are able to be selected at the time
of opening a shipment. Below is an example of some of the
documents used in import air for a sample U.S. Import from
Taipei via Los Angeles In Bond to Miami Florida.
Authority
to Make entry
The Authority to make entry is used in many ports as
the arrival notice\invoice and upon receipt of payment
and documents it acts as a release.

7512 IT Entry
The
CF 7512 is used in a variety of ways as entry for U.S.
Customs. In Transit, Immediate Export, Vessel Supply and
many others.

Billing
Invoice
Intuitive Transport allows for up to 4 parties be
invoiced out of the same shipment file. Billing Invoice
data can be exported to QuickBooks or Peachtree.

sets or you can use our standard billing invoices
in Intuitive Transport.
