Contacts Management

IT SQL Contacts module integrates with all of the other IT SQL modules. The IT SQL Contact module is easy to add and maintain your contact data, you can add from the Contacts Module or from any document throughout the system. You can import your contacts from Microsoft Outlook or from .xml and you can export your contacts in a .xml format.

Below is an illustration of our easy to use contact management forms.

You can select "Add New" on any contact Lookup List while working in a document and the add new form will open the same as if you clicked on Add New while in the contacts Module.

Additional information can be stored under the Additional tab.

Import Contacts

IT SQL Contacts can import your contacts from Microsoft Outlook and using XML.

Add on the Fly!

It is easy to add new contacts while working in a document, just select Add New from the contacts lookup list.

Company Name

IT SQL allows you to store multiple contacts with the same company name because it uses the Contact Code as the key field.
