Intuitive Shipper
Intuitive Shipper is designed for Exporters
and Importers. Intuitive Shipper provides the licensee with
the ability to quickly and accurately prepare all of their
Export Documents using the document management software
provided in each shipment module. Shipping documents for can
be printed, faxed or transmitted to other Intuitive product
trade partners that can easily import the data into the
appropriate shipment type within their system. This makes
working with international trading partners far easier than in
the past when you dealing in import export documentation you
have to be extremely careful to be accurate or cargo delays
can be encountered causing incredible additional costs. This
makes the document management critical, with the help of the document
management software within Intuitive Shipper you will be able
to reduce costs, delays and meet the needs of your trading
partners worldwide.
Once a Supplier/Exporter and Importer is
setup they can immediately begin transmitting and receiving
Price Requests, Purchase Orders and order confirmations using
the built in document management software. In addition to
trading partners freight forwarders, trucking companies and
warehouses can be supplied their data with document and data
transmission via .xml when the shipper/exporter is ready to
ship the cargo they can transmit their shipping and export
documents to the forwarders, importer and their broker or
anyone that has an Intuitive product that they work
with.
This allows for all parties to be able to
obtain the import export documentation and verify its accuracy to insure no
delays are involved with the import export documents prior to
the cargo being in route without proper documentation. Most
all forwarders and Shippers have a pretty good idea of
the required export documents, the problems often come from
shipments arriving with faulty import documents. By trading
partners working together in document management these
problems can be prevented.
All of the data can also be easily uploaded
to eTrackCargo.com which provides a file exchange so that any
scanned documents that are not system original generated for
governmental reasons such as a Visa for Quota purposes can be
