Support Maintenance Agreement Our Support Maintenance Agreement clients pay $35.00 per user license per month. This provides these firms with unlimited 24/7 support and free upgrades to Intuitive Warehouse.

Per Call Support time is charged on a per call basis at a rate of $85.00 minimum per call with an hourly rate of $175.00 charged in 15 minute increments. Per Call support clients must provide a valid credit card prior to any support being provided. Our hours for Per Call Support clients is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to Noon and from 1:00PM to 4:30PM. Upgrades can be purchased at our retail pricing.
