What's new in the release of IT SQL version 1.5.8     

Administrators and Operators can now take an online examination to become certified as either an IT SQL Administrator or an IT SQL Operator.

Version 1.5.8 update gives you the ability to use a centralized database with multi locations being able to each use their own profile for their address and contact information on documentation and reports.

Customization now allows you to change field types from any field type to text, lookup, logo and memo making customization of any document faster.

Use the previous single column lookup with auto target and search or the new D Grid lookup field easy to change from one to the other while in customization mode. Right mouse click the field and select the change. The D Grid allows for three columns to be displayed and was developed by Intuitive Information Systems, Inc. to meet the needs of their clients. This makes it easy to select the proper contact when you have the exact same name more than once and it ensures the integrity of the data from being improperly changed which can happen when using the non D Grid Lookup List.

Version 1.5.8 now allows you to issue multiple invoices and billing worksheets within the same shipment file. You have 4 different invoices that can be issued per transaction.

We have supplied Administration Tools that allows the System Administrator to customize the system to meet their needs. They can add new documents, new fields, create new reports and much more.

Sometimes a shipment is added for one mode of transportation such as Export Ocean and then it has to be changed to another mode of transportation such as Export Air. This new feature allows users to change their file type so they do not have to void the previous file and start all over.
